Cream of Buxton’s musical talent

BUXTON’S Pavilion Arts Centre is hosting another brilliant and varied night of music and song featuring the cream of local talent.

Bla Bla Bla - aka Buxton Local Artists - will welcome five acts to the Water Street theatre on Saturday November 3, in association with Club Acoustic.

In order of appearance, the line-up will feature great songs in three-part harmony by The Elastic Band, and the quirky original songs and covers of Buxton-based singer and guitarist Stuart Kelly.

Heavily influenced by American old-time country music, Dig Where You Stand play classic old time tunes and songs, along with some originals.

Four-piece Arkham Karvers mix Ska and Indie with Folk and Rock to generate endless offbeat energy which never fails to get the crowd moving, while El’Vino and the Ragged Company play an eclectic mix of styles from Country to Jazz and everything in between.

Doors open at 7.30pm, with the first act on stage at 8pm.

Tickets, priced £7.50, are available from the Buxton Opera House Box Office on 0845 127 2190 or online at
