AMNESTY International is celebrating its 50th birthday in Buxton with a bumper concert at The Railway Hotel on Saturday June 11, from 8pm until late.
Dig Where You Stand will open the night with their country and folk set before Johnny Dysfunctional sings songs from the 60s through to the 90s. El Vino and the Ragged Company will play a lively covers set, and Tony Boden will compere the evening.
Musicians supporting the birthday event are drawn mainly from Club Acoustic, which meets on the second and fourth Wednesday of the month at The Sun Inn.
