Right royal appointment for Peak photographer

New Mills photographer Tim Hensel has returned to Windsor Castle for a charity photoshoot.

The photographer, who specialises in photographing people and provides portraits and wedding coverage, was in the spotlight in 2008 when his design won the Diesel Wall competition at Manchester’s Urbis, now the National Football Museum.

Tim photographed Prince Edward meeting and greeting delegates and giving prizes for the Duke of Edinburgh Cup, an international golf tournament which supports young people, raising funds for projects around the world.

This is the second time he’s been asked to cover the event, following excellent feedback the first time.

“It’s a lot of fun and something of an honour, I hope it becomes a regular gig,” said Tim.
