Happy St Patrick's Day from The Wild Murphys

The award-winning band will be setting up their acclaimed Murphy’s Pub at the Winding Wheel theatre in Chesterfield on Friday, November 26, 2021.

Middi Murphy armed with blarney, banter and an accordion will be accompanied by a six-piece band including award-winning fiddle player Sophy Ball, drummer Trevor Brewis (who has backed Jimmy Nail) and keyboard player Tony Davis (Prelude).

Songs by The Dubliners, The Fureys, The Pogues, Van Morrison, The Dropkick Murphys and Daniel O’Donnell will be included in the setlist. Classics such as Galway Girl, Tell Me Ma, Dirty Old Town, The Irish Rover, Brown Eyed Girl, Seven Drunken Nights, Sally MacLennane, When You Were Sweet Sixteen and Whiskey in the Jar will be rolled out.
