Derby G and S Company to perform in Buxton

Derby Gilbert & Sullivan Company continues its 50th anniversary year celebrations with more performances at Buxton Opera House this week.

You can see the company perform the early G and S offering The Sorcerer, on Friday, March 10, from 7.30pm.

Directed by Andrew Nicklin, this is a show full of humour, mystery and charming music. Tickets are £18-£22.

Then, on Saturday, March 11, it’s the cast-iron Gilbert and Sullivan classic The Mikado. Andrew Nicklin is at the helm again for the duo’s most popular offering, poking fun at the Establishment.

There are performances from 2.30pm and 7.30pm. Tickets are £18-£22.
