The Bulls made the long trip down to Coventry and came up against what can only be described as a total mismatch in class, losing 72-10 to the Dragons.

It turned out that with the promotion of the Coventry Bears to the professional ranks this has massively strengthened the other local club, the Dragons.

From the opening minute the Bulls found it was going to be a very long day.

Wave after wave of very organised attacking play was simply too much for the Bulls to handle.

Head coach Tommy Mcguigan said afterwards that he was proud of his players for the efforts they showed in such tough circumstances.

The Bulls will be looking to get back to winning ways on Saturday, when they host New Ravens (2.30pm).
