Buxton Hitmen began their 2015 team-building plans by retaining one of the National League’s success stories of 2014.
Adam Extance, who was included in the draft list of Elite League reserves, became the first to put pen to paper at Hi-Edge.
“I’m happy to be going back to Buxton as I had an amazing first season there,” Extance said.
“I am grateful for those who made it possible, I feel relaxed there and that’s what I need to go fast.
“I want to keep progressing and doing the club and fans proud.
“A lot of talent has come from Buxton and I want to add my name to that list.”
A second signing is due to be named shortly as the team aims to improve on their eighth-placed finish last season.
