New Mills continue to stutter in Division One as they went down to an eight-wicket loss at Broadbottom.
The Millers were asked to bat first and were all out for 163, P Jackson with 58 and S Mills 42 as Steve Croft took 4-41.
Ryan Welsh then hit an excellent 92 and Chris Cheetham-Roberts 63 not out to see Broadbottom to a comfortable victory on 165-2.
Compstall compiled a massive 249-3 at home against Woodley, David Bailey with 87 and S Jackson 77 to combine for an opening stand of 165 while B Heginbotham scored 35 as Jamie Kay took 3-50.
Woodley then slumped to 133 all out as J Stanton took 3-38.
Whaley Bridge travelled to Hadfield and were 151 all out, Dale Jones making a good 50 as Rick Tranter took 6-40.
Jones then impressed with the ball in hand as he took 4-50 and Eddie Ford 6-46 as Hadfield were bowled out for 111.
Mottram were all out for 223 batting first at Hawk Green, Stefan Fielding with 75 and Jordan Irons 69 while J Henderson took 3-38 and J Unsworth 3-57.
Andrew Bickley then smashed 84 as Hawk Green finished 227-9, Mike Scott taking 4-65 and L Wright 3-45.
Old Glossop batted first at home to Hayfield and were all out for 239 as Matt Woodcock hit 125 and M McGrail 43, Dave Aldridge taking 4-70.
In a thrilling finish Hayfield were bowled out two runs short off the final ball as they closed 237 all out, Shane Furness with 58, Russ Evans 80 and Julian Burgess 57 while Rob Adderley took 6-58.
Tintwistle were bowled out for 95 by visiting Dinting, AJ Harris top scoring with 32 as Peter Hills took 6-31.
In reply Matt Blood was unbeaten on 45 as Dinting reached a winning total of 96-3.
In Division Two, Buxworth were invited to bat by visiting Buxton and closed on 227-7, Joe Hall making 89 and Nathan Critchlow 41.
In reply T Griffin smashed 73 and D Oldfield 66 but 4-47 from Joe Hall and 3-30 from D Marchington restricted Buxton to 217-9.
Birch Vale travelled to Chapel and scored 188 all out, Will Freeman with 32 and N Kennedy 41 as K Hallam took 4-67.
J Wood then hit 42 for the hosts but 5-55 from P Bannister saw Chapel bowled for 142.
Dove Holes amassed a massive 297-5 batting first at home to Hazel Grove, M Vernon making 50, Jack Gregory 77, Joe Gregory 66 (from just 32 balls) and Sean Cartledge 45 not out.
Debutant Joe Robinson then smashed 93 from just 58 balls but M Baldwin took 7-35 and Dave Cartledge 3-45 to see Hazel Grove all out for 177.
High Lane batted first at home to Hollingworth and made 184 all out before 6-52 from Josh Noel saw the visitors bowled for 151.
