Buxton ABC fighter Archie Durham defeated newcomer Tom Bateman, of Ingle Boxing Academy, in Sheffield.

Durham kept calm and employed basic combinations to gain early points. The Buxton boxer had learnt from his last bout and avoided getting tied up in clinches, using his reach to control the distance as Batemen kept pushing forward.

Batemen hit his target with several good hooks in each round, but Durham remained in control and took a unanimous verdict. He is pictured receiving his trophy from Kell Brook, IBF welterweight champion 2014-17.
