This weekend sees the first race meeting of the 2014 season take place at Buxton Raceway.
Sunday (March 2) promises to see some tremendous, new and entertaining events.
Junior racers are set to feature prominently at the opening event with racing from the National Ministox, a thrill-a-minute full contact action formula and Junior Rods, a formula where skill is required to beat the opposition.
Racers involved are aged between 10 and 16 and really do enjoy their racing and certainly know how to entertain.
Joining them on the day are the Bombers and Ladies; a couple of formulas which provide non-stop action and also the pure driving skill of the super quick Hot Fords and Open Rods.
After this weekend, racing will take place at regular intervals until the end of November and during that time will feature such interesting events as a Caravan Race, Coach Racing, Mobility Scooter Racing and the Car Jumping Championship.
Come along early to watch the cars practice or just take a gentle stroll around the competitor area.
Racing starts at 12pm on Sunday.
