The penultimate week of the Glossop Kinder Velo summer time trials saw dry calm weather help to attract a strong field of 39 riders as another evening of record-breaking action took place.
Ben Gillespie set a time fast enough to take the course record back from Rob Smail, however his time was beaten by Rob Adlard who finished the course in a quickfire time of 21m 55s.
In doing so Adlard became the first man to finish sub-22 minutes.
The ladies all-comers record was also broken by the current holder Vanessa Whitefield.
She completed the course in an impressive 24m 36s which was good enough for eighth place on the night.
Including the record holders, a total of 20 riders set new personal best times with the fastest club member being Greg Aldred.
