Dove Holes Football Club rounded off their season in style by adding the Hope Valley League Premier Division title to their recent Derbyshire Divisional Cup North success.
In a tense end-of-season clash against Furness Vale last Friday evening, second-half goals from Ryan Doxey and Charlie Vize gave Dove a 2-0 victory which was just enough to secure top spot and overhaul neighbours and title rivals Buxton Town.
It also ensured Dove, who merged with Harpur Hill FC at the end of last season, have lost only once in the league all season, racking up 71 points and 81 goals from their 26 domestic fixtures.
Paying tribute to the team, club secretary Rob Morrissey said: “To do the double is a fantastic achievement.
“The lads have played some great football all season and thoroughly deserved to win the title, even though the league was so close.
“Hopefully, next season we will carry on from where we left off.”
