Buxton JFC Vikings U16’s leapfrogged Chesterfield Whites in the table after a 3-1 win.
All the goals came in the second half after a cagey first 45 minutes.
It was the Vikings who opened the scoring when Gannon skipped past two players, before setting Holford who headed home.
Spurred on by the goal the Vikings continued to push and 15 minutes later extended the lead.
Again Gannon skipped past a couple of players before shooting straight at the keeper, who fumbled the ball allowing Gannon to score from the rebound.

But he Vikings made the game safe in the last minute when Al Grant outpaced the defence and slotted the ball home.
