WEATHER: Remaining dry but temperatures will struggle

Sunny spells will dominate until Wednesday but it will only get up to about 18c - lower than the average for this time of year and making it feel quite fresh at times.
Meanwhile the blustery winds will eventually die out by this afternoon.
Rain is expected to make a return to the region by midweek.
