A mostly fine and dry day lies in store for Derbyshire residents this Bank Holiday Monday.
The Met Office is predicting mainly fine and sunny conditions with light winds, but with rain spreading northwards by the end of the evening and into the early hours of Tuesday.
A spokesperson said: “This sunshine will become hazier later on, with cloud thickening and winds strengthening.
“The rain will turn persistent and heavy and be accompanied by strong winds.”
Temperatures will range from 7C to 18C.
