PLANS to redevelop Taxal Lodge and create 14 homes have been deferred for a second time.
High Peak’s Planning officers recommended to councillors that the proposals should not be determined at the Development Control meeting held on Monday.
Instead they were asked to wait until all the relevant information was available.
The resubmitted application includes financial reports which the applicant states supports their stance that no affordable homes or payment in lieu should be included. These are being considered by an independent chartered surveyor engaged by the Council.
An earlier application was refused due to the lack of affordable housing and that decision is subject of an appeal.
