Police appeal to trace missing Buxton teenager

Police in Merseyside are appealing for information to help trace a missing Buxton teenager.

Lois Elliott was last seen at 8.55pm on Monday (May 7).

Police say the 15-year-old is known to frequent the Halewood, Garston, Toxteth and Speke areas.

She is described as white, 5ft 8in tall, of slim build, with long straight brown hair, green eyes and a pale complexion. She also has a pierced nose. Lois speaks with a Liverpool accent.

A spokesperson for Merseyside Police said: "When she was last seen Lois was wearing a red coat with fur around the hood, light blue ripped jeans, a white shirt and silver trainers.

"Police officers are making extensive efforts to find Lois and return her home safely and would urge Lois, anyone who knows her whereabouts, or who has seen a female resembling her, to contact @MerPolCC or 101."
