At around 7.20am on Wednesday, February 17, a man entered the Tesco Express store on London Road, Buxton with a pull-along shopping trolley. He walked around the aisles before filling the trolley with meat and leaving without offering payment.

Similar incidents where meat products were stolen from the store are also believed to have taken place at 6.25pm on Wednesday, February 17 and 9pm on Monday, February 15.

The man is described as white, 5ft 10ins tall and around 35-years-old. He had a short brown beard and wore a thick green waterproof coat and dark blue jeans.

Following the incidents, police have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the alleged thefts.
