Producers say they cannot reveal the exact location of the sets for Unforgotten ‘to avoid series spoilers’ - however ITV wrote how the show featured a family living in the Peak District.
Unforgotten - first aired in October 2015 - follows two London detectives as they solve cold cases of disappearance and murder.

ITV told this month how filming was beginning on the fourth series.
Giving more detail on ITV.com producers wrote: “The new six-part series charts a fresh investigation into another emotionally-charged cold case murder.”
They told how the series ‘opens with the discovery of a dismembered body in a scrap metal yard which the team believe has been stored in a domestic freezer for thirty years’.
Several car parks and on-street parking sites in both towns will be affected.
