At the end of a tough year for so many people in different walks of life, the award looked for an organisation that had implemented a strategy to support and improve the wellbeing of employees mental, financial and physical health, and that made a positive contribution to the overall employee experience offering.

Helen Minion, the service’s strategic HR partner, explained: “It’s an honour to receive recognition for something that is so important to our service as we strive to put our employees wellbeing at the forefront of everything we do.
