New opportunity helps secure a bright future for High Peak charity

A High Peak charity which provides day care to adults with learning difficulties is now renting Buxton Cricket Club to cope with the demand.

Tracey Green, director of Bright Opportunities which is based on Market Street, said: “We are excited to rent Buxton Cricket Club, which is a fantastic building within beautiful surroundings.”

Bright Opportunities ensure that people with a learning difficulty have opportunities to contribute to and benefit from community life and are seen and valued as equal citizens.

Neil Skitt, chairman of Buxton Cricket, Club, said: “We delighted to offer our facilities for charities and groups to use. Bright Opportunities have made themselves at home here and it’s great to have them.’’
