A partnership project is aiming to help make life as easy and stress-free as possible for New Mills residents.

Free, independent and confidential support and advice will be brought directly into neighbourhoods on money management, health, wellbeing and affordable warmth.

Previous phases of the project have already helped identify around £80,000 worth of untapped income for High Peak residents as a result of the team visiting over 300 households.

The team, holding official identification, is now bringing their expertise to the Ollersett Estate area offering free home appointments.

Alternatively residents can drop in to the High Peak Borough Council e-bus which will be in the area on Tuesday, June 9 alongside the Fantastic Homes exhibition where they can try out the energy bike, thermal imaging camera and get energy advice to save money.
