Make a date with police

RESIDENTS across the High Peak can raise concerns with their local policing teams over the next week.

On Monday, April 23 the Buxton Rural Safer Neighbourhood Policing Team is holding a meeting for people living in the Goyt Valley, Goyt Moor, Axe Edge, Brierlow Bar, Sterndale Moor, King Sterndale, Cowdale, Wormhill, Batham Gate, Smalldale, Peak Dale and Peak Forest areas at Great Rocks Club, Peak Dale at 7pm.

On Tuesday, April 24, residents in Chapel-en-le-Frith, Chinley, Buxworth and Dove Holes are invited to a meeting at Buxworth Primary School at 2pm.

People living in Whaley Bridge and Furness Vale can meet with their team on Wednesday, April 25 from 7pm at The Mechanics Institute, Whaley Bridge and the Fairfield Safer Neighbourhood Policing Team is holding their meeting for residents on Wednesday, April 25 at 2pm at Queens Court, Queen’s Road, Fairfield.

There will also be a drop in surgery forWhaley Bridge residents between 5 and 6pm on Thursday, April 26 at the Tesco store.
