Long-serving member rewarded
A long-serving member of a worldwide women's organisation has received a great honour by her associates.
The members of Soroptimist International, Buxton and District voted unanimously to appoint Mollie Morten, an honorary member, in acknowledgement of her many years service.
Mollie had a lovely surprise when she was invited to a coffee afternoon at the home of Anne Needham, region president.
Buxton president Elaine Macdonald presented Mollie with her certificate.
