Hunt for youths who attacked Buxton man
Police are appealing for information after a man was assaulted in Buxton.
The 49-year-old was walking along Nunsfield Road with his friend and dog when three youths approached them.
One of the youths questioned the man before punching him in the face, causing an injury to his eye.
The victim later attended hospital to see a specialist.
Witnesses or anyone with information about the incident – which happened at about 7pm on Monday, January 18 – should call Derbyshire police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
