SAFEGUARDING children, finances and a new GP to Board appointment are among the topics up for discussion at the next Board meeting of North Derbyshire Clinical Commissioning Group.
The group of Derbyshire GPs and clinicians will be meeting at the Robert Robinson Room at NHS Derbyshire County’s Nightingale Close headquarters, off Newbold Road, Chesterfield on Thursday, March 22 between 2.15pm and 4.15pm to discuss their vision for the local NHS and their work to date shadowing NHS Derbyshire County. The group are set to take charge of local NHS budgets from April 2013 as part of ongoing NHS reforms.
People will also be invited to ask any questions about the group or relating agenda items at the meeting.
North Derbyshire Clinical Commissioning Group is made up of 38 local GP practices, and will act on behalf of nearly 290,000 people, including those in the Chesterfield, Matlock, High Peak, and Hope Valley areas.
