Fire in Fairfield

There was a grass fire in Fairfield.

Buxton fire crew got the call out at 9.45pm on Thursday, August 18 to Cromford Lane in Fairfield.

A spokesman for Derbyshire Fire and Rescue said: “It was a small fire anbout two metres squared and beaters were used to put it out.” Crews left the scene at just turned 10pm.
