Fifteen people charged as part of drugs investigation

Fifteen people have been charged with 43 offences as part of a large-scale drugs investigation by Derbyshire police.

The 14 men and one woman were charged between May 7 and 23 with offences including drugs possession, drugs supply and conspiring to conceal criminal property.

Fourteen of the people charged, aged between 17 and 66, are due to appear before High Peak Magistrates’ Court on June 5. A 32-year-old Great Longstone man will appear before the same court on June 3.

They are from across the county, including Darley Dale, Middleton, Renishaw, Buxton, Brimington and New Mills. One man is from Doncaster and one is from Beeston in Nottinghamshire.
