Eastenders script to go under the hammer at charity auction

AN original Eastenders script signed by June Brown who plays Dot Cotton as well as signed sporting memorabilia and tickets are among 100 lots that will be up for grabs at a charity auction.

The annual event at The Swan Inn, Kettleshulme has raised almost £50,000 since it started and the latest event will be held on Friday March 9 from 7.30pm onwards.

All funds raised will be shared between the East Cheshire Hospice based in Macclesfield, Blythe House Hospice based in Chapel-en-le-Frith and the Haematology and Transplant Unit at The Christie hospital in Manchester.

Organisers hope the event will see them breakthrough the £50,000 mark.

All are invited to go along so why not take the opportunity to bag a bargain?

All the items on sale are donated and all the time offered free of charge.

For more information on the event or to volunteer any last minute lots please contact The Swan Inn, Kettleshulme on 01663 732943.
