Derbyshire firefighters have been tackling a huge blaze on Tintwistle Low Moor for around 14 hours.

Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service were called to the scene yesterday evening.

The fire service said they have five crews battling the blaze.

A tweet by the fire service just after 11am today said: "Crews are still fire fighting on Tintwistle Low Moor. Here are some photos of perimeter saturation in partnership with Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service #workingtogether."
