Blythe House Hospice’s Light up a Life celebration will take place on Sunday, November 15 from 2:30pm and everyone is warmly invited to attend the switch-on.
Starry white light will adorn the hospice building and garden and shine daily for nearly two months over winter.
Lucy Marsden of the hospice in Eccles Fold, Chapel-en-le-Frith said: “They represent not only celebrated lives and events, but also the vital work of Blythe House Hospice, which each and every dedication supports. The appeal provides a poignant opportunity for you to remember and reflect upon the life of someone special by dedicating a light in their memory.
The switch-on will include performances from Tideswell Male Voice Choir and service by Rev Richard Mottershead.
