Virtual police surgery for the Polish community

Derbyshire police are holding a special on line surgery for the county’s Polish community.

The force’s two outreach officers will host a virtual surgery in Polish and English this evening, Tuesday, July 12.

By logging onto the surgery section of the police website between 7pm and 8pm, people will be able to find out about police services available to them, including information about who their local officers are.

Companies who employ Polish workers have been told about the event to make sure as many people as possible take the opportunity to speak to an officer.

Derbyshire police have held several surgeries in recent months and the last event, around motorbike safety, was the most popular to date. To take part in a virtual surgery, visit .
