Van, tools and money stolen in Whaley Bridge burglary

The crime happened in Bings Road between 12.55am and 1.45am on December 1.

Burglars broke into a house and stole a set of keys to a silver Mercedes Sprinter van.

They made off with the van as well as several work tools and a substantial amount of cash.

A Derbyshire Constabulary spokesperson said: “Officers want to hear from anyone who may be able to help with information about the incident – in particular drivers who may have dashcam from the area at the time or homeowners with CCTV in the area.
