The incident occurred at the corner of Queens Road and Windsor Park Road in Fairfield at around 9.45am this morning (Thursday) when a small dark grey hatchback clipped a pedestrian.
Officers are urgently appealing for any witnesses or anyone with dash cam footage of the incident to come forward.
