Three men have been charged with drug offences in High Peak.
Anthony Evans, 34, Stephen O’Brien, 31, both of Market Street, Chapel–en–le–Frith and Daniel O’Brien, 52, of Banffshire, were all charged with being concerned in the supply of heroin.
Stephen O’Brien was also charged with possession with intent to supply cannabis.
The charges come after detectives from Buxton intercepted a parcel bound for Scotland which carried a substantial quantity of heroin.
Further investigations of the parcel lead them to seizing a quantity of cannabis from a vehicle.
All three men are due to appear at High Peak Magistrates Court on Monday, August 19, to answer to their various charges.
