Man hospitalised with broken elbow and facial fracture after Buxton assault

A man has been left with a broken elbow and a facial fracture after he was assaulted in Buxton.

The attack happened on Saturday July, 16 and a Derbyshire Constabulary spokesperson said: “The man was in the Serpentine Walks area off Burlington Road, close to the Pavilion Gardens, when he was assaulted by another man at around 6pm.

“The man required hospital treatment for a broken elbow and facial fracture.

Anyone with information or who saw the incident is asked to contact the police on 101 quoting 22*410708.
