Mr Rose and another man were then ejected by door staff, and within seconds Rose appeared and punched Mr Robotham in the face with a bottle, knocking him out cold. He fell to the floor, banging his head on the ground and fracturing his skull.

He died of “devastating” brain injuries the next day.

Rose will be sentenced on Friday.
