Appeal over mountain bikes stolen from Hope Valley

The owners of three mountain bikes stolen from the Hope Valley are appealing for the public’s help in finding them.

The mountain bikes were taken from a property in Bamford sometime in the early hours of April 11, believed to be around 2am.

The bikes stolen were a green Sonder Cortex GX Eagle Cane, with cane creek suspension, GX Eagle Cassette and dropper post; a Cube Attention S1 mountain bike 2017 which is now discontinued, with a 19inch frame, 29 inch wheels, 100mm Rhoxshox recon forks, 27 gears and a Whyte 604 Compact mountain bike 2016, in Matt Aqua colour, size medium.

Police said offenders forced the way into garages at several properties on Steward Gate and stole a number of bikes.

The offences occurred between 7pm on April 10 and 7am on April 11.
