Police are appealing for information after three garages on a Hadfield industrial estate were broken into.
Between 5pm on Friday October 11 and 8.30am on Monday October 14, offenders broke into Walker’s Motors on the Stafford Industrial Unit, Platt Street, and stole a child’s blue 110cc dirt bike with the name Tom on the front in silver letters.
A second garage on the site had the padlocks forced and an attempt was made to steal a quad bike.
And a third garage on the unit was also broken into during the same times but nothing was stolen.
Anyone with information on the break-ins is asked to contact PC Lisa Salt at Glossop police station on the non-emergency number 101, or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
