Appeal after High Peak equestrian centre break-in

Police are appealing for information following a break-in at a High Peak equestrian centre.

Sometime overnight between 5pm on Monday January 11 and 9am the following morning, offenders gained entry to the café building at Hargate Hill Equestrian Centre in Charlesworth, Glossop, through an insecure door.

Once inside, the would-be thieves attempted to break into a vending machine and the cooking area of the café. No further entry was gained, but damage was caused.
