PEOPLE living in New Mills, Chapel-en-le-Frith and the surrounding areas have more chances to catch up with their Safer Neighbourhood policing teams (SNTs) during the next few weeks.
On Tuesday, October 11 the New Mills and Hayfield Safer SNT are holding a drop in surgery between 5.30pm and 7.30pm at Hayfield Parish Council.
Surgeries give residents the opportunity to speak to their local police officers and PCSOs about any concerns or issues on a more informal basis. Appointments are not necessary.
Residents can also meet with the teams in New Mills and Chapel-en-le-Frith to discuss concerns and set neighbourhood priorities to be targeted over the next three months.
These meetings will be held on Thursday, October 6: (New Mills and Hayfield SNT) 7pm at New Mills Volunteer Centre, Union Road, New Mills and Tuesday, October 11: (Chapel and Chinley SNT) 2pm at Chinley Women’s Institute.
If you can’t make the meetings but have any concerns or issues please contact your local Safer Neighbourhood policing team by calling 0345 123 33 33 or emailing from the website: www.derbyshire.police.uk.
