Car wreckers operating in High Peak town

Police said offenders used a 'sharp tool' to scratch the bonnet and down the side of a Volkswagen Polo.

They also scratched and damaged the paintwork of a nearby Ford Fiesta.

The incidents took place at the corner of Crossings Avenue and Manchester Road sometime between 7pm on Thursday, January 28, and 6.45am the following morning.
