Buxton's Devonshire Spa scoops luxury global travel prize
Buxton's prestigious Devonshire Spa has bagged another top recognition.
The spa has been named as Rural Wellness Retreat of the Year by Luxury Travel Guide – an international travel publication.
The accolade builds on the facility’s growing international success, being crowned the best ‘Luxury Emerging Spa’ in Northern Europe at the World Luxury Spa awards last year and further reflects the town’s stature as a destination for excellence in the spa and tourism sector.
Isobel Stockdale, Head of Applied Management and Commercial Spa, said: “This award reflects the unique and first-class spa expertise provided at the Devonshire Spa. Blending the industry-leading contemporary techniques and customer service with the impressive and tranquil location.”
