The Aviva Tour of Britain arrives in Buxton tomorrow (Friday) and to celebrate, Buxton Opera House is offering a special 2 for 1 deal on selected shows.

The Gone in 60 Minutes sale starts as soon as the last cyclist has passed the theatre (estimated to be around 11.50am) and customers have just one hour to take up the offer by quoting ‘cycle 15’ when buying tickets at the box office or online.

The deal covers a huge range of shows at the theatre between now and the end of December including a stage adaptation of PG Wodehouse’s 1920s comedy Jeeves and Wooster and the annual pantomime.

Before the cyclists arrive, a 1920s party will take place at the opera house, with music from the decade played on the forecourt of the theatre from 11am.

The cast of Jeeves and Wooster will also be joining in the fun in costume along with opera house characters from the 1920s.
