A Buxton man has been jailed after police raided his flat in the town and found heroin.
Collyn Pollitt, 54, was arrested after his flat on Carlisle Road was raided on October 23, 2012 and officers seized heroin, five mobile phones and re-sealable bags.
He was later charged with possession with intent to supply Class A drugs.
Pollitt pleaded guilty to the offence and was sentenced to 42 months in prison following a hearing at Derby Crown Court on Thursday, October 17.
