Roundhouse in Hayfield has undergone a transformation from the former Skillet Restaurant, completing work that has been ongoing since opening in September.
Starting off as a wine and tapas bar, it is now a welcoming and casual cafe by day, offering a wide range of snacks with all-day breakfasts and soup, as well as freshly-baked cakes and desserts.
In the evenings it turns into an ambient, relaxing restaurant and this is when head chef Toby Cowley and his team deliver a delicious, classic menu focusing on traditional favourites.
Upstairs, Roundhouse offers a function room with a private bar and dining area. This can be booked for exclusive use if required.
Restaurant consultant Antoine Mano said: “After much hard work, the venue in Steeple End Fold has found its feet.
“We are constantly reviewing our menus and listening to our guests to make sure we provide the best food and service possible. We’re so lucky to be in a position where we have a unique venue, friendly, helpful staff and we’re getting some amazing feedback from our guests.”
