Appeal for witnesses to Chapel–en–le–Frith crime

Police officers have issued images of the men they are trying to trace in connection with shoplifting in Chapel–en–le–Frith

The offence happened on Wednesday, June 19, at around 6.40pm in the Co–op, in Eccles Road. Two men entered the store and appeared to deposit toiletries and alcohol into a rucksack before leaving the shop.

Both men are white and aged in their early 20s.

One man was wearing a turquoise t–shirt with a white printed motif on the front, white ¾ length shorts and a black beanie wool hat. He was also wearing sunglasses and had a black rucksack.

The second man was wearing a white hooded top, dark ¾ length shorts with a grey felt cap and sunglasses.

Both were wearing one black glove.

They both entered and left separately by using different doors.
