Glossop-based company Bodytech Repair Centre in Padfield has celebrated four years in business by raising money for two local good causes.
As well as promoting their newly-refurbished spacious workshop, events organised by Bodytech have raised £1,000 which will be split between Hollingworth Juniors and Reuben’s Retreat.
Throughout November, Bodytech took a percentage from each job booked in for the two organisations, as well as running a raffle with prizes donated by a number of other local businesses. A full list of prizes is available on Bodytech’s Facebook account.
Another fundraising drive is now being planned for the new year to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Tameside, in honour of a Bodytech customer, Kevin Mansfield, who passed away in November.
