Run of concerts to suit all tastes

Music-mad Manchester has some top gigs in store this month.

Ben Haenow, who won X Factor in 2014, will be performing at Manchester Academy on Friday, April 15. His first single Something I Need was released on the night of the X Factor final when he beat Fleur East to victory.

Superstar Adam Lambert will be rocking the Academy the following night, The multi-award winning, multi-platinum-selling singer-songwriter is renowned for his soaring voice and blend of theatrical flair and glam rock sensibilities. He has performed in front of sold-out crowds - both as a solo artist and with legendary rock group Queen.

Multiple Grammy award winning singer-songwriter Chris Cornell brings his solo acoustic tour to The Bridgewater Hall on April 27.

Join YolanDa Brown, plus special guests R&B legend Lemar and Levi Roots, at The Bridgewater Hall on April 28 for a night of reggae rhythms .

Legendary band Yes will be performing two of its iconic albums, Fragile and Drama, in their entirety, in addition to classic Yes tracks at Manchester Apollo on April 30.

Motown’s greatest hits will be aired in How Sweet It Is at the city’s Palace Theatre on April 15. Four nights later at the Palace, A Vision of Elvis celebrates all the music of Elvis Presley from Sun Studios through to ’68 comeback with the finale being the concert years .
