Manilow magic for one last time

Legendary entertainer Barry Manilow will perform in Manchester this month as part of his One Last Time tour.

He will be performing all his classics, including his mega-hit Mandy, which first topped the charts 40 years ago in 1975.

Barry said: “We had a great time putting the show together. We hope to take everyone on an emotional roller coaster. I can’t wait to see everyone dancing in the aisles.”

He has limited his concert appearances in recent years but, as he has said, the One Last Time Tour “is my way of thanking everyone for their years of support…one last time!”

Barry Manilow’s unparalleled career encompasses virtually every area of music, including performing, composing, arranging and producing.

He has won the American Music Award for favourite pop/rock male artist three times and sold more than 80 million records worldwide, making him one of the world’s best-selling artists of all time.

As well as producing and arranging albums for other artists, including Bette Midler and Dionne Warwick, Manilow has written songs for musicals, films, and commercials.
